Support in and out of training

Cyber camp staff are practitioner trainers, which means we have industry experience and real-world problem-solving skills. We offer the following support:

• Badges and pathways – Advice on pathways, as well as general career advice. 
• Courses – Errors in the course material and new topic requests. 
• Staff training – Teams can vary and be at different levels, our trainers are trained to cater to a diverse audience. 
• General Support – Tech support and other topics we may not have mentioned here.  

Feedback is very important and there are occassions there are some areas we need improving, so we know we dont get it right all the time.
